Welcome: 9:00 AM (arrival from 8:30 AM). Activities start: 9:30 AM. End: 5:30 PM. Departures after 6:00 PM will incur a fee of €10 for every 30 minutes of delay.
We offer two options: with meals provided by us (healthy lunch included) or without meals (the child brings their own lunch). Snacks should always be labeled. Please avoid sending cookies, chips, sweets and processed snacks.
Children should bring comfortable and practical clothing (preferably old clothes that can get dirty). Required items: labeled sunscreen, hat/cap, water bottle, change of clothes, flip-flops, beach towel and swimsuit. Closed shoes are recommended.
Backpacks, mobile phones, electronic devices or toys are not allowed. Belongings should come in a labeled reusable bag.
Enrollment is only confirmed after payment of 50% of the total value. Payment must be made by bank transfer up to 10 business days before participation. The remaining amount must be paid up to one week before the start. Proof of payment must be sent with the child's full name and participation week.
In case of withdrawal, the amount paid is non-refundable. Reservations can be changed free of charge up to 2 weeks before, subject to availability. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that children are fit to participate in the activities. Any medical condition, allergy or special need must be communicated at the time of enrollment. We are not responsible for damage to clothing or footwear used during the project.
All children are covered by personal accident insurance during activities. We recommend that parents/guardians maintain active health insurance for the children.
We cultivate a positive, peaceful and mutually respectful environment. We expect all children to respect safety rules, instructors and other participants. In case of repeated physical, verbal or psychological violence, we reserve the right to exclude the child from activities, without right to refund.
Outings take place on Fridays and participation is mandatory. On these days, parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up children at the agreed location. Some special activities (such as surfing) may have an additional cost, which will be communicated in advance.
We reserve the right to change the activity program due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of total cancellation on our part, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
Authorization for image capture and use is optional and can be granted in the enrollment form. Images may be used for project promotion on social media and website.
